結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) Structural characteristics
該系列電機(jī)采用箱式鋼板結(jié)構(gòu)，拆下冷卻器或防護(hù)罩即可觀察和觸及電機(jī)內(nèi)部，便于電機(jī)的安裝維護(hù)；轉(zhuǎn)子為繞線(xiàn)式轉(zhuǎn)子，帶滑環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)；定子采用F級(jí)絕緣真空壓力浸漬無(wú)溶劑工藝處理(VPI)，使電機(jī)具有可靠的絕緣性能和防潮、抗沖擊能力；定子和軸承均裝有PT100測(cè)溫元件，電機(jī)軸承均有不停機(jī)注油和排油裝置，提高了電機(jī)自身的保護(hù)能力和運(yùn)行效率。
This series motors with box type steel structure, can be observed its interior after removing the cooler or protective cover, and esay to be installed and maintained; Wound rotor is installed with slip ring structure; Insulation class F stator made by VPI process, ensure the reliability of insulation, moisture-proof and shock resistance; Temperature senor for stator and bearing, non-stop oil filling and exit pipe, improve the protection ability and operation efficiency of the motors.
該系列產(chǎn)品適用于：1、較大的啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩；2、輸電線(xiàn)路容量不足以啟動(dòng)鼠籠型電動(dòng)機(jī)；3、啟動(dòng)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)和啟動(dòng)較頻繁；4、需要小范圍調(diào)速。
This series motor can be applied to the requirements as follows: 1. The lager starting torque; 2. Power capacity is not enough to start a squirrel cage motor; 3. Long start time or start more frequently; 4. Adjust speed in a small range.
